  • There are a couple ways to change your credit or debit card PIN depending on your situation. If you know your current PIN, simply visit any Magnifi ATM to reset it. If you don't know your PIN, we can mail you a new one (typically received by mail within 7-10 business days) or you can stop by a branch to have a Magnifi Team Member help you reset it.

  • Typically replacement cards will be delivered to your address on file approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your card's expiration. Once you activate your new card you can shred your expired one.

  • There are a few options if you need to get a new card. You can call us during business hours and we can order you a new card ordered and have it mailed to you (typically received by mail within 7-10 business days). If you need a new card sooner, you can stop by most of our branch locations to get one printed right in the branch while you are there.

  • For security purposes, Your new card and PIN will come in separate envelopes. It's ok if you get one before the other, they usually arrive within a day or two of each other.

  • It's best practice to notify Magnifi of your travels so you don't get interrupted making card purchases. You can add a travel notice online under Card Services or you can contact us within business hours to get a travel notice added to a card.

  • Yes. Each card has a daily point of sale limit and a daily ATM limit.
